1.矩阵式按键测试

    UUT是一款手机按键板,其按键方式为矩阵式.及蓝色和绿色两个LED贴片发光二极管,需对其定位自动化测出其颜色,以及音频输出自动化测试.

步骤	测试内容	说明
1	OPEN/SHORT测试	OPEN: All possible couples of traces which are close to each other somewhere on the FPC SHORT:All possible connections.
2	LED测试	测试3个发光二极管在适当供电条件下，是否亮
3	键盘阵列测试	通过汽缸按12个按键，测试按键是否正常按下松开
4	Camera Key 测试	双行程按键，手动按下，要能分辨两个行程
5	MR Sensor测试	Apply 1v8 to VDDE18, pin B8 Apply a field as shown in the diagram below at a field strength of greater than 2.5 tesla. Check that the output of the MR sensor on pin B9 goes from high to low
